Jenny Acevedo Usuga MS, BCBA, LBA Founder/CEO
My name is Jenny, and my journey into ABA and entrepreneurship began long before I became a practice owner. I came to the United States at 6 years old with my family, full of hope but with few resources.I realized early that dreams aren’t handed to us—they’re earned through effort, perseverance, and hard work. One of my proudest milestones is opening a center in the very building my mother and I once cleaned. What was once a job for survival has become a symbol of resilience, gratitude, and the power of transformation.
My passion for Applied Behavior Analysis grew from a desire to help children and families gain access to meaningful, evidence-based support. I became committed to not only delivering quality ABA services, but also creating environments where clients feel supported, and staff feel valued. Along the way, I realized that building an ABA practice is more than therapy—it is compliance, leadership, systems, advocacy, and heart.
Stepping into entrepreneurship was both exciting and overwhelming. There were moments of uncertainty, countless hours learning how to manage billing, insurance, staffing, and operations—all while keeping families at the center of every decision. Those experiences inspired me to develop tools and systems that simplify the administrative side of ABA, so clinicians can focus on what matters most: client progress and family empowerment.
